Ellie Ruscombe-King

Ellie recently graduated from the National Film and Television School where she undertook a two-year MA in screenwriting. One of her graduation films, a stop-motion piece, largely animated in wool, has shown as far away as New Zealand, South Korea, New Orleans and Montreal, picking up several prizes along the way. She has worked with young people of all ages on a variety of creative endeavours, previously assisting on Bigfoot’s drama workshops for children aged 4 to 11, as well as mentoring on this past year’s BFI Film Academy, a program for young film-makers aged 16 to 19, the results of which were screened at the BFI’s cinema on the Southbank.
