Most stories revolve around a question: What if the world froze but you were still moving? (Hamish and the Worldstoppers); What if our toys come alive? (Toy Story); What if our emotions were really little people in our heads? (Inside Out).
We will brainstorm the kind of questions which are answered in stories and help you to find the question that interests you the most.
This workshop comes packed with ideas on how to create three- dimensional, dynamic characters; how best to make settings and places come alive using descriptive language; how to plan a coherent plot and how to alter your writing based on the speed and tempo of the story.
