Year 3 & 4 Catch Up Literacy Course (09:00 to 10:15am)

After the upheaval in school term’s over the past two years, your children might enjoy and benefit from our Catch Up Literacy course. We will use extracts from well-known children’s books, both classic and modern, to revise how to ‘read between the lines’ and recognise literacy techniques. The group will be given writing prompts to help them write their own imaginative stories. They can write in whichever genre they want! We will also cover some essential SPAG and punctuation points and aim to build their confidence in their literary abilities.
