Refund Policy
At Inkhead, our aim is to provide high-quality creative writing tutoring services that meet the needs and expectations of our students. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund. We aim to be as flexible as possible for our clients and if in any doubt, please email us. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their tutoring sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the session.
Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Inkhead based on the circumstances.
2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, students must contact Inkhead via email or phone and provide their name, contact information, and details of the tutoring sessions they wish to cancel.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
No-shows: If a student fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
Late Arrivals: Students who arrive late to a scheduled tutoring session will not be entitled to a refund for the missed time.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
Inkhead understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or other emergencies. In such cases, exceptions to the refund policy may be made at the discretion of Inkhead upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
5. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund request.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
Inkhead reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
